Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your GOATEDDD account and associated personal information, including information received through Google or Facebook sign-in.

How to request deletion

Email contact@goateddd.com from your registered email address with the subject GOATEDDD account deletion. If you signed in through Facebook without an email address, include your GOATEDDD account identifier or a booking reference so support can arrange an ownership check. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment credentials by default.

What happens next

Support verifies account ownership and checks for active bookings, outstanding refunds or unresolved disputes. We explain any action needed before closure and confirm the outcome after processing.

Records that may remain

Booking, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention and audit records may need to be retained for applicable obligations or unresolved claims. We will explain relevant retention exceptions in our response. Deleting an account does not cancel bookings or erase legitimate financial obligations automatically.

Removing provider access

You may also remove GOATEDDD from the connected apps in your Google or Facebook account. Revoking provider access alone does not delete your GOATEDDD account or its booking records.
