Service delivery and booking fulfilment

GOATEDDD facilitates time-based gaming sessions at participating physical venues. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies to a venue-time booking.

Before purchase

The listing identifies the venue, location, equipment, session duration and price. Review the address, date, start time, resources and venue rules before completing checkout.

Booking confirmation

For an online-paid booking, confirmation appears in My bookings after successful server-side payment verification. Your booking reference identifies the reservation. Pending payment, a temporary inventory hold or a bank debit alone is not a confirmed booking.

Receiving the service

Attend the listed venue at your confirmed session time and show your booking reference. The venue supplies the booked equipment and access during that session. Late arrival, rescheduling and extra time are subject to the terms shown for that venue.

Service issues

If access is unavailable or the booked service differs from the listing, notify the venue and contact contact@goateddd.com with your booking reference. The Cancellation and Refund policy describes how payment and service issues are reviewed.
