Terms and conditions

These terms describe use of goateddd.com, operated by GOATEDDD DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (GOATEDDD), and bookings for services supplied by participating gaming venues. Read these terms together with the Privacy, Cancellation and Refund, and Service Delivery policies and the rules shown for your selected venue.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate contact details and keep your login secure. You must be legally able to enter the booking transaction. Where a minor attends, a parent or guardian must arrange the booking and comply with the venue's age and supervision rules.

Services and prices

A booking is for the venue, resources, date, start time and duration shown in your order. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Review the final payable total and any displayed taxes, fees and discounts before payment. Photos and general platform descriptions do not override the specific listing.

Confirmation

A temporary hold does not confirm a booking. For online payments, confirmation requires successful payment verification by our server and a confirmed booking record. Check My bookings after checkout. A bank debit or a payment-provider return screen alone does not establish confirmation.

Using your session

Arrive at the venue shown in your booking and present your booking reference. Follow the venue's conduct, equipment-use and safety rules. Availability of particular games and equipment is as stated in the listing. Additional time requires a separate available booking or an approved extension.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Cancellation and rescheduling eligibility is displayed for the selected venue and session. Read our Cancellation and Refund policy before purchase. For cancellation, select Contact us in My bookings, then email contact@goateddd.com with your booking reference for platform review. Contact support if the venue cannot provide the booked service, a payment is duplicated or the booking status is inconsistent with a debit.

Fair use

Do not misuse accounts, disrupt the platform, submit false reviews, evade payment or attempt to access another customer's or partner's information. We may restrict abusive use while preserving applicable customer rights and transaction records.

Responsibility and disputes

The venue supplies the on-site service; GOATEDDD operates the marketplace and assists with booking and payment issues. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. Contact us first with the booking details so the issue can be reviewed.
