Prices and payment methods

GOATEDDD sells reservations for available sessions at participating gaming venues. Prices depend on the venue, selected equipment, number of resources and duration. There is no universal session price; current purchasable prices are shown on published venue listings.

Clear totals

Prices are displayed in INR. Review the order total and any applicable displayed discounts, taxes or fees before authorising payment. If no venues or prices are available, there is no session available to buy at that time.

Online checkout

Online payments use Cashfree hosted checkout when the merchant account and integration are enabled. Available UPI apps, debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets and other options are shown in that checkout and depend on account and transaction eligibility. We do not promise that every method is available for every booking.

Payment security

Enter payment credentials only in the authorised payment flow. GOATEDDD support never needs your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or banking password. Booking confirmation comes from verified payment status, not a screenshot or browser redirect.

Refund enquiries

For duplicate debits, failed payments or refund enquiries, contact support with the booking and payment references. See the Cancellation and Refund policy for the process.
