Privacy policy

GOATEDDD DIGITAL SOLUTIONS operates goateddd.com. This policy explains how information is used for the gaming-zone marketplace, partner operations and customer support.

Information we use

We process account and contact details, booking selections, payment references and statuses, venue and partner details, support correspondence, and security or audit records. Passwords are stored as hashes. Cashfree handles payment authentication; GOATEDDD does not ask you to submit a UPI PIN, card CVV or banking password to its own forms.

Google and Facebook sign-in

When enabled, these providers share an identity identifier and permitted profile details needed to create or sign in to your account. An email address is used only when supplied and appropriately verified. Provider identities are linked to your GOATEDDD account; they do not grant access to unrelated Google or Facebook content.

Why information is processed

We use information to provide account access, reserve and deliver bookings, verify payments, handle refunds and disputes, support customers, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Essential cookies support sessions and security.

Sharing

Relevant booking details are shared with the venue supplying your session. Hosting, email, authentication and payment providers process information needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to investigate fraud. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

Optional analytics use Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics and, when configured, PostHog only after you allow analytics. Advertising measurement requires its separate permission. PostHog receives explicit customer-journey events with opaque identifiers; session replay and automatic form/DOM capture are disabled. Use Manage privacy choices on this page to allow analytics, allow analytics and advertising, or keep essential cookies only. You can change your choice later. Passwords, contact details, payment credentials and sensitive identity details must not be sent to analytics. Booking and payment records remain in our operational database.

Retention and security

Access is limited by account roles and operational need. Records are retained for delivering services, resolving disputes, security and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Deleting an account does not automatically erase records we must retain. No internet service can promise absolute security.
